My State level labor case (RIR) was approved in January 2002 and moved to Chicago DOL in November 2002.
Since my company had lots of lay-offs DOL stopped processing all cases for my company in November 2002.
Did anyone experience the same and finally got your labor approval?
I have only just one year left from H1-B 6-year period.
Any replies or suggestions are appreciated.
