My employer filed my Labor in PERM under EB2 and I havent heard anything on the same. I queied with my employer and he says it cannot be tracked so they dont know the status. Is this true? I am sure there will be some way of tracking it, can some one tell me how can track it and how?
Also it is only my Labor that has not got any reply yet (no approval/regection/need more details/calirification). All others filed along with me got their approvals in 2 months.
