Labor Speed up Procedure

My company is planning on starting my GC process. I wanted to know if getting certification in various technologies would help clear the labor easily.

Is it possible for my company to start Labor certification from someother state. For eg, I work in NJ, is it possible for my company to start my GC from someother state that is fast in processing the labor?

Which state is currently fast in processing labor?

I do not think getting certifications will help in any way.

Regarding your question if your company can file from someother state where processing is faster, the answer is no. If that were the case don't you think all would apply in the state with the fastest processing time ??
The company can only file from states in which it has a office or the state where you are currently working (your project is).
