Just got a call from lawyer. DOL rejected my application because of insufficient Ads. What happens next ? What are my options ? Has anybody faced this problem. Will really appreciate responses on this one...

PS : This was applied in VIRGINIA

I think they will ask you to re-advertise.

BTW whats your priority date @ VA SESA ? was this rejected in SESA (VA) or DOL (Philly), I think the certifying officer @ SESA itself will determine this if I am right.

Priority date @SESA was 19th April - VA DOL

Yes, I talked to my lawyer again. He is going to look into the ad part. Do you know if my lawyer is able to convince, how much long it might take. I think it came back from SESA. never made it to philly..

I think ur priority date will remain the same as long as your empl/lawyer are able to provide more evidence and convince the SESA officer.
