Labor Processing status with NY Regional DOL

My Dear Friends,

Here are my timeline(s):

NJ DOL filed: Dec 2001 in EB-2
RFE (Query) recieved: About Apr 2004
RFE replied : About June 2004
Moved to NY Regional DOL : Aug 2004

After this I have no status. When I speak to the lawyer, he just says that these things take time.

Is this true? Is there any way to track my case whether in NY REGIONAL DOL?

Any help is much appreciated....
