I have been applied my labor (under RIR&EB2 Category) in NY on April 24th 2001. Any body got approved labor certificate, who are applied approximately in same dates?....

If we applied for Labor certificate in NY, do we get any receipt date or file number or tracking number? So that we can check our status?

Nope. We have to keep waiting

I applied the same week. Have not heard nothing yet. No approvals posted in this group. The lawyers say "Just a few more months".
