I currently have 2 labor petition on my name in INS, 1 as Regular case filed in 8/12/2003 and other one as RIR filed on 2/10/04.

If I use the regular one for getting the 7th year extension do I need to continue using regular case for getting the labor certification or I can still use the RIR case for labor certification.

Thanks,
Pankaj

I guess, you don't have to continue regular LC because you used it for 7th year extension. But I am not sure though.

Use faster and or extension-able. You have sun and moon in your hand. Please do not mix up H1B and I140 (Earth and sky).
You lawyer who applied both, has alternatives in his mind.
