I would like express my pain here in this forum as my Labor with PD as of Oct,2003 is still pending in Dallas BEC due to wrong priority date being enterd by people at Dallas BEC as Oct,2004 instead of Oct'2003. This was found by me when I asked my attorney for case status until then he even didn't find.
He started raisign this issue with Dallas BEC on Oct,05 last year and they responded saying that they will change the Priority date soon.. but I didn't see the results till now.
Will Dallas Bec will change and give the approval as what I saw in this forum 2004 approvals keep coming from Dallas BEC. I am unfortunate so far .Attoney is saying that even if they chage the PD date,ther is no gaurantee that I will get the approval as 2002,2001 cases are pendign still.
But mine is from Chicago,RIR case where all the cases from 2003 as I know were approved.
What shall I do now? I am regularly calling the attorney to talk with BEC people.
Please share your opinions as what can be done as it is almost three months now.
