Here is my situation.. I applied for my labor one year back and it got approved(2 months back), but my attorney did not get the original approval notice from DOL. Last month, he also applied for my I-140 with a online screen shot of my labor approval. When I checked it's(i-140) status yesterday, it is also approved.
Now, my attorney says we will get i-140 approval copy soon from USCIS but not the labor original from DOL. He also says, USCIS gets labor original from DOL but it'll not send back to us.
I do not understand, don't we require our labor original or duplicate any more for 485 filing or just for our records? Can I believe my attorney...? Please help me if you know..
