Labor NON-RIR Timeline (MA)

Hello All,
Can anybody post information about the approximate timeline for the Labor certification process in the NON-RIR case. My case was filed on 1st August 2002 as working in Boston,MA , given the current complexity involved in the Regional/State processing etc.
I have not recieved any information from my Lawyer regarding receipt number, priority date etc. Not sure if the application is in process at all.

Any help. Appreciate your response.

Your lawyer should has received the receipt long time ago. To my knowledge, MA SESA sends out receipt the 2nd day after they receive your application.

Appreciate your response. The application was filed on 1st August 2002 and my Lawyer says he may receive the receipt
after the application is being picked by DOL for processing.
Can anybody tell me what is true.

DOL offices generally don't provide receipts as does INS (since there is no filing fee, they are not required to).

BTw, what is the priority date and when/where does that come from?
