LABOR . Is it related to one state OR Muiltiple State

Hi,
How can we say that the labor approved is related to one state OR can be used to work in any state in US. I have a copy of my labor with me and not able to find this.

Any Thoughts?.

Check Section 7 in ETA 750 PART A (Offer of Employment).

It contains "Address Where Alien Will Work"; that's the job location for approved labor.
