MA SESA (DET) Labor Advertisement Questions
Hello everyone,
If it helps people here:
RD for my application at DET: 7/24/02
ND : 6/16/03
(from DET notifying to go-ahead with job advertisement)
My attorney says that DET has given the following dates in the notification:
July 16 '03 - need to advertise before this date.
Aug. 30 '03 deadline for sending back the application.
My question is:
What is the process of advertisement?
Should we advertise immediately and wait for 30 days from the date of advertisement and wrapup and send the application?
Or, DO WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL AUGUST 30 '03 TO RECEIVE ALL RESUMES???
Please help if you know the answer or have gone through the process.
