My Employer is having offices both in Westvirginia & Texas and i understand
that the Labour is faster in westvirginia i.e in two months or less
i believe we will recieve our labour, I am not sure whether it is true
as on date, can someone help me on this so that i will apply for my
labour in West virginia instead of Texas.
One more question, does INS opened the illegal immigrant cases, If yes
will Labour approvals take more time than before.
