A question.. (sorry that its in the wrong forum.. but couldn't find an answer quickly elsewhere)
What is the outlook for a person who just filed for labor in RIR,
but only has about 12 months remaining on the H1?
I heard something to the effect that if the labor has been applied for a person and is pending for over a year, s/he is eligible to extend H1 by a year at a time.
Please let me know if this is/ not the case..
