Hello:
I have applied for Labor certificate for my GC through my company.My fiancee also applied for the same and is very soon going to apply for I-485. At that time I want to get married and include his name. He also wants to do the same with his application process too.We are doing this to be on safer side looking at current economic and market trend with respect Job scenario.
The question is, "IS THIS POSSIBLE/LEGAL".If there are any better ideas please suggest.
