i had a question regarding "address where the alien will work" on the labor. since AC21 kicks in after 180 days, and if a person switches employers, how does he work at the address specified on the labor? Has the INS released any guidlines on it?

Appreciate the replies.

thanks,

Most of the immigration rules are based on 180 days count. The target (and guideline) by congress is set equal to this number of days for any process. Any delay to this should have relief attached, if it is due to INS. AC-21 is relief for GC process delays(AOS stage where beneficiary is individual).

AC-21 is a guideline in itself.

For AC21 - we need a "Guide" to understand the "Lines". But for sure, we must be carefull to switch employer, before employer switches-on employee. I am 100% sure USCIS is looking at Switchers.
An attornery/lawyer will be a definite interpreter in this connection.
