Labor from Illinois/New Jersey

Hi,
Any one got letter from Backlog office , had applied labor in Sep-2003 from Illinois or Sep-2002 from New Jersey.

You update really appreciate.

I got the 45 day letter

My case filed in Illinois 10/23/2003
RD Chicago DOL 07/06/04

RD 45 Day letter from Dallas BEC 02/21/05

Hi,
What do you mean RD ? I had applied lobor from IL , Priority Date - 09/17/2004. My Lawyer told , We didnot receive any letter from backlog office.

I know, before backlog office, My labor cleared from State and went to federal office (IL) on 15th march 2004. After my case went to backlog office.

How Do I know , Laywer & Employer are not playing game with me.

Please help and updte , really appriciate.

Hi,

RD means received date. Many got the 45 day letters with PD date around Oct,Dec 2003,Please check with your Lawyer or employer
