Labor denied in chicago

Hi,

I called AVM today and heard that my RIR was denied. My RIR was received in chicago on 03/31/2003. My lawyer as not yet received the papers. She told me that depending on the rejected reason we may be able to apply for reconsideration.
Can any one give me ideas on how to proceed from here.
