Labor current times in Ann Arbor area

Hi,
I only have 2 years left for my 6 year H1B cap. My employer is in Ann Arbor and is planning to apply my labor soon. Can somebody out there tell me what is the status of labor in Ann Arbor/Detroit now for EB2 (RIR).
