Did anybody face this problem and what happens next?
Hi all!
Mine labor certification was file at California centre , priority date being 8/14/2001.
Couple of months back there was rebuttal from Dapt of labor.
Now I heard that since I am working on same company since last 3 years, my experience with the same company can be ignored.If this is true then my experience will be zero as after my college this is the only organization I work with.
Does anybody knows what hapeens next, mine is EB3 case
