My LC was filed under ordinary category( non RIR) on April 30, 2001 as an accountant in DOL, California. The current processing shows 4/19/02 still after one and half years. Any idea folks, when reasonably it can be approved?
Also, i hear that some states are current in labor, does applying another LC from those states get a faster labor?( within a few mths)?
Please advice, as i am getting desperate.I am a Chartered accountant from India, currently on H1.
