Hello,

Last month of first week (09/05) I got my LC approved notification from my
Employer. My laywer says: "She didn't receive the Original certification from
DOL. I wonder Why she didn't receive the original from DOL even after 5-weeks. Is this is the nomal process for every one or abnormal? Please, advice.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Question about I140 and I485

Hi,

I got my I140 approved March'2005 and my I485 was already filed before the EB3 retrogression started.
However my wife could not file here I485 since by then it was retro.

I saw some law offices say that if I140 has been approved, one can file for I485 irrespective of the priority date? Is that true? Can my wife file now for I485??
