My Labor was filled on June 2001 and later remanded to traditional labor certification on Apr 2003 and my labor is still not approved. Recently, I found one of my colleagues who used to work with me got his LC cleared few months ago.
My question is if I use his approved LC and fill my I-140. Will it cause any problems in my I-140 stage?
