procurement of PERM is of no use, beneficiary substitution for labor certification has been discontinued with effect from 16th Jul 2007, new PERM Labor certification has 180 days validity, meaning within that time I-140 should be submitted

I 140 was submitted in 1 month after labor. Probably u misunderstood my qt. Is there any expiration of LC if I 140 is filed within the time frame.
 
You wrote in your first post you procured, dont you mean purchase ? never mind if you already submitted I-140, disregard what i told earlier
 
What happens, I140 is denied after 6 months? Can we use this LC to file another I140 for same person? Can someone clarify?
