Labor certification under PERM Rejected

Hello ALL
We applied for Labor certification under Perm round 3 months back and today we came to know that it has been rejected.The reason they are saying is that there were no respondents to the advtersiment placed.Our lawyer received the query regarding this couple of days ago the query was to provide them the recruitment report stating the responses received in return to advt.As there were no responses lawyer replied accordingly but still there is rejection
My husband and me are very disappointed on the rejection
Our lawyer gave us two options to go for Reconsideration or Resubmission we opted for Resubmission..
Whether we have done right thing?
Is there possibility that we get same query and rejection?
How many times we can apply for Labor In PERM?
If anybody gone through this situation or heard something like this please help.

i would say a new application for ETA 9089 would be better rather then request for appeal, mine was rejected twice by the stupidity of the lawyer, finally me and HR filed ourself and it got approved. Most of the lawyers dont know much about the PERM i made fool twice by 2 different lawyers. CPA's are better then lawyers i would say. be aware of sharma law firm in atlanta. What exactly they says in denial letter? can you tell me that

But shouldn't the recruitment summary letter have stated that as there were no candidates who responded to the recruitment campaign, they would like Labor Certification to be approved for shoeflower.
