I am quite new to posting !
I am currently on my second year of my J1 waiver job but my employer who originally told me they would sponsor are now telling me due to the advertising issues they won't be able to sponsor me a LC. Apparently they don't want to displace a US citizen from a job opportunity....In any case...I am a little bit dispaired and need to start looking for a job that could sponsor my LC. I tried to apply for the NIW but I am working for a non profit organization so I can't do it that way neither...
question...
1) How soon should I be looking for a job? MY current H1b expires nov 2012....
