Labor certification question.. newbie.. pls help

hi gurus,

i have a Masters in US and have 2.5 years of part time experience working at IT dept. of my school (while doing my MS). Apart from that I have had 9 months of full time experience before i joined the company that I am working for, right now.

My current company (where i have worked for 6 months now ) is ready to sponsor my GC but I plan to file docs on my own (a lot of the other folks here have done it on their own without any problem) without a help of an attorney.

The print ads that I will be submitting says the position needs 2 years of experience.. my questions are

1. Can i list my part time experience in the ETA 750B Experience section?
2. Can I list my current company experience in the experience section?
3. If its a No to 1 above, my full time exp is only 9 mos (excluding current co. experience) can i go ahead and apply (will my Masters help here?)

You can list part time experience but it does not equal to 2 years of full time experience asked in your advertisement.

Why don't you draft the ad for MS+6 months experience..
 
No, the company will not let me draft a MS + 6 mos experience ad. With 9 months of full time and 2.5 years part time experience, it looks to me like i cannot start my GC processing with this company :( Damn.. I was this close in getting this done.. Any way out? By the way, these are the docs I could get hold of.

1. Print/Internet Ads that do not specify any experience/qualifications
2. Internal Posting that specifies 2 years of experience needed
3. RIR.

A unrelated question. Can I ask company B to start my GC processing while I work with company A? If yes, are there any issues that has to be considered? Can I continue to jump to company C, D.. while GC is gettin processed by B? Do I have to join company B in future?
