Labor Certification Question, Need Suggestions

Hi Guys,

I have filed my Labor in pittsburgh in April of 2001. Still waiting reply fromDOL

My lawyer told me that, they got RFE reagrding Previaling wages, before give the advertisement and also without no case number or tracking number.

I want know, whether It is possible to get a RFE without any tracking number.
