Appealing to all affected by the delayed labor certification by NY Alien Labor Certification Office. It is unclear what exactly is that office doing. The backlog has grown to over three years now. They seem to stopped processing LCs completely. Are they waiting for perm? Albsolutely no progress in last three months now. Only grass roots action will push this office to do something. I am planning to write letters to the governor, senators and the congressmen. It will help if more people join in.
