labor certification filing verification

My employer says that he is going to file labor certifications in two states. one in New Hampshire and other one in washington state (the state that I work now). Is it possible to file a LC in a state where you dont work? He says he has registered a office there. Also how can I verify that he has filed a LC for me? Do they give any verification number or something to verify whether the application is filed? Also what are the chances for getting LC cleared in New Hampshire in this case? Thanks for your help.

Yes

That depends upon state to state. Check other threads in this forum for states they are filing LC

Also what are the chances for getting LC cleared in New Hampshire in this case?
Chances are from 0 to 100%. Be more specific regarding company/job position/your qualification (education/experience)

Its small consulting company with around 50 people. Its a software engineer position. The employer said it will be a EB3 RIR application. I have 3 years of U.S. work experience and a Master's degree in computer science from U.S. I also have a Bachelor's in computer engineering from India. This is the first time they are sponsoring a GC. But they have done a lot of H1B's.

Company with the 50 consultant is more then fine. I am assuming that they are doing pretty good based on current economic consitions.

Also looking at your education/experience, I don't see any major problem as long your lawyer know what he/she is doing....

I will say go ahead....
