I need some clarification here, I filed for LC 2 months back in the new system perm under EB3 category. First my LC was rejected and my lawyer filed again because it could be a random error.Second time around, My LC was accepted by the computer but for sometime now for some reason whenever my lawyer checks the status of my LC it just says " IN PROCESS" My question is Perm was supposed to make faster processing of LCs ,what could "IN PROCESS" mean for me? Is it bad news or something? Should I file again? I am really confused and dont know what to do about it. Please help me as I would really be grateful.
