Labor Certification Case missing at DOL

My SESA sent my RIR/EB3 case to DOL sometime during the first week of December. My attorney received that notification on 12/09/2002 regarding the same. Since then it has been approximately 2 months and I am unable to check my case status.

I have tried both the phone system and email system using my employer phone number/Tax ID, but I could not locate my case. I also had my attorney call DOL and the response she gets is that they cannot locate my case.

Has anyone else faced a similar situation. Any ideas or insights are much appreciated.

DOL is Chicago region.

my labour gone to chicago on dec 27 2002 and no feed back yet .
