Hi,
We applied for California LC back in April 2002(after all the ads) with L2B visa. And I am unclear with the whole process. Please help me with a few questions.
1) What would L2B LC application like(easy to get?)
2) This will be the beginning of our 4th year, do we have time for normal LC processing? We were thinking of RIR, although faster, would the risk be higher too? So normal vs RIR, which one should we go for?
3) My husband is a hardware engineer but he had a MSc in Material Engineering(studies unrelated to his working field). He's been working for this same company for five years, right after his graduation, and thus all his experience are gained from this company. I read somewhere that experience gained in this company cannot be counted towards the application. How can we prove that his company really needs him, that's why they transfered him over to this newly established R&D office?
4) Our attorney told us that his current salary is much lower than the prevailing wages, is there such considerations?
5) Lastly, (seemed like a stupid question, but again...) our attorney don't seem to know much about the application, should we find another attorney?
thanks,
msl
