My company has decided to relocate me to another place. I filed my LC in MD on May 11 2001 and now I have a new better offer in MD. My question is, if I quit my current job and accept the new job in MD, can I use my old LC to apply for I-140?

Your company can continue the process using LC from MD saying that you will be working in MD once GC is approved.
