Recently I read about Labor Certificate Rule....180 days validity..the time in which you have to apply for I-140 form....here is the link:

From July 16th 2007, the Labor Certificate will be valid only for 180 days...now my question is:
If I filed my LC in sept 2005( I have an approved Labor, sept. 2005).... with the new Rule..... my LC will be still valid another 180 days? OR it's already expired ..... as of the new Rule?
Could you explain to me how is going to work?
