Hi to everyone. If I reside in Virginia and my company processes GC in Ohio.Where do they apply for LC , state of residence or state where the company is. Please let me know. Thanks

Normally

Normally, they would file with the state where the work location will be. The best way to handle this is to state the corporate headquarters "and other unanticipated client locations throughout the United States."

Your attorney should know where this will be filed and be able to explain exactly why.

Need help. Mine is similar situation

My company filed my Labor certifaction from state A (stating that as their corporate headquarters. But what happed was they moved from that state to state B and i am still working in State C. My client place didn\'t change. I am with the same client, same place. Will my old labour certifaction be still valied?
