My Labor certificate was lost in mail in Feb'2002 and my attorney has applied my I-140 and I-485 stating that my LC was lost in the mail. The INS denied my I-140 stating that there is no labor approval. I have applied Motion To Re-open along with the Final Determination Letter obtained from DOL and INS has requested DOL to send them the copy of LC. Does anyone know how to expedite the DOL to send the copy of LC. I have been waiting for INS to open my I-140/I-485 from the past six months so that I can apply for my Work permit..
