How long does it take after you labor is certified and you get an interview date for CP assuming that everything in between goes well? Appreciate your input. THANKS!
CP is the same as 485. You have to wait until your prioirity date(the date you filed labor) is older then the retorgression cutoff date(which is currently june 2002).
also just don't randomly post your question there - this issue has been discussed many a times before - so browse for your appropriate thread..but anyways, I-140 times for CP filers takes 1-2 months for approval, and then 6-7 months for CP interview in India (if thats your home country)
