Hello : I would like to know if a labor cert filed in non-rir i.e traditional category could be substituted for another person with
same educational/job skills.

Labor filed and approved for a company A and then it was bought by company B.

Can I use that pre-approved labor for my case ?

Does it matter that company was taken over after labor was approved.
