Does someone have knowledge of this gray area regarding the recruitment period. The rule is that a job advertisement must be placed with the SWA for 30 days, in addition for some other means of recruitment. When can the application deadline be for the position? The last day of the job posting at the SWA? For example, if placing the job ad. at the SWA on June 1, can the application deadline be July 1, and then file PERM on August 1?
