Labor Cert in Wash DC

I applied for Labor Cert in Sept 2002. Currently DOES is processing April 01. They have been in april 01 for atleast 4 month. If they continue with this pace, i believe my turn will come in two years. Is there anybody who also processed from DC? Does anybody know what's going on? I am so tense about this issue? Please advice.

Hi,

My application went in May 15th, 2002 and I still don't see light at the end of the tunnel. I have no idea when the labor @ SESA will complete and move to the DOL. If you have any news feel free to post it here.

Delay at SESA

Guyz,
The delay is because of 245(i) rule introduced by Bush administration I was also one of the victim for 15 months then recently Labor got cleared after applying from another SESA which took 2 weeks.
You guyz have to wait some more(No one can guess how many months/years) time to hear from SESA. Hopefully they get more resources at SESA office next year. All the best Guyz.

Did you apply from any near by states? Would you mind if I ask you which state you applied from?

Any news on the DC labor certifications - how long have we got to wait - will they move out of April 2001.

Please post any known information.
