My labor is pending in California for over a year now. My H1B 6 year term will be over by October 2004. I am on a project currently through a middle man. I have a job offer with another company. They have offices in California and New Hampshire (NH). They offered to file for my labor certification from NH which would only take 3 months.
Is it possible to file labor from NH when I am working in CA?
Can I get H1B 7th year extension with new employer based on the labor filed with my current company?
