Labor Cert Document lost!

Hi,

My attorney has misplaced the original Labor Certification document and I want to file my I-140 asap...my questions are :

1. Generally how long does it take for INs to send the Labor Cert after approval.

2. Can my attorney request original from INS?

Wouldn't that be the department of labor ? In the future make copies of every document recieved

Were you able to file I-140 without labor approval copy. If yes...do you know how long does it take for approval under such situation?
