Was your case processed as Normal Case or
did your Lawyer asked to expedite your case
to SESA ?

Wow Weitl,,,thats great..I am in the same boat as you are and we adv last week. I am waiting for next week so that I can send in the responses to DOL. There are only fewer responses for my ad. If they approve it in a week after we send them, thats really great..:)
 
Priority date

What was your Priority date i.e. when was it first sent to SESA and when RFE happend?
 
NY RIR APPROVED

I believe it was a normal case. I did asked my laywer to check on the status when it was about 12 month after filed (04/2002). The SESA RFE was sent around middle of May to ask us to re-post internally for 10 days about the wages.
As mentioned in the first post, we responsed on 6-11-02 and NY SESA forwarded to regional DOL on 7/8/02 and I got the email response that it is CERTIFIED on 7/15/02.
