Labor approved !!

I had filed my labor in Oct'2002. It got approved now.

What I would like to know is, can I go for consular processing. I will be moving to Toronto to save my PR card. So can I do it at the Toronto Consulate ?
Also what are the risks against adjustment of status ?

And also what is the procedure for Consulate processing.

is your category current??......if not all you can do right now is file your I-140 and go to canada.......after that is approved then only you will be able to file 485 via CP, when your PD becomes current...........this is my understanding, please correct me if i am wrong...
