Labor Approved.. Need to know whether i can change the employer with the green card.

Hey

I got Labor approved. I want to Change my H1 to different employer. I appplied my I-140 in Vermont region. Is there anyway i can change my I-140 file to Texas region to new employer. Can i do that or i can't. Can you please help me. I want to move to a different employer without affecting my green card processing. Also the green card process is in Vermont region and i want to move to Texas region employer. So can i move my Green card processing to texas region without affecting my process because i filed I-140. Can anyone help me for this situation.

I guess u have applied concurrent. Wait for 140 approval and then use AC-21, if 485 application has crossed 180 days limit.
