rir, filed in march,2001. Yesterday ny sesa forwarded it to Regional (NY). Can anyone tell that how long Regional DOL takes to certify the labor ? Would really appreciate that.

Max 2 weeks. DOL is really fast, its the SESA that is the bottleneck in the process. Can you please give some additional details about your application for our impatient waiters.

I filed in march 2001 and then it was RFE from sesa around december end regarding salary/wages. My lawyer replied to that on 11th January, and now here I am waiting for DOL regional approval.

The Phone no. for the regional automatic system is 212-337-2193 option 1 and then if you know your case no. then the option is 1 or the employer phone no. the option is 2

You can also send an email to LCSTATUS02@doleta.gov nothing in the subject.

I checked mine thru the email and also confirmed thru the phone.
from the regional it got cleared in one day.My info is as follows
