I have a unique question about my friend. His labor got approved from BEC and the lawyer and the employer both got the letter but there is no approval letter received yet. He needs to get the approval letter to file I-140. Its about 1.5 months now since the first letter.
Can anyone tell what can be done to get the letter now.
