I was working with a company A who filed for my labor certification. I left company A and joined company B. I filed my labor from company B again. Meanwhile my labor got approved from company A which has now merged with company C and they are ready to sponsor for my I-140 and I-485. Is there any risk if I file from company A? What are the conditions that would rule in my favor? Do I have to join Company A again to get my GC processed. Please advise.
