I got a letter that my labor was approved 7/25/06. I applied 12/7/04. However, I am no longer with this company. I left for another company in January and hasnt started a new application.
My question is, if my previous employer will take me back can I proceed with the I-140 after returning to a similar position. Is there anybody out there who has had an experience like this before. Please, advice. Thanks.
